Like most of us, I was constantly fighting the tumbling waves of life; often we silently struggle with our inner challenges and our desires become a vague afterthought.
My mental skillsets are captured within the sequence of my qualifications; B.Pharm, MSc and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Narrative therapist, Spiritual counsellor, Firewalk instructor, Energy practices, Life coach and NLP practitioner, Business and Executive coaching.
I moved from being reserved and fear-captured toward enjoying life without restraints. My latest achievement was a live knife exchange whilst firewalking (within 10 training sessions in the art of knife fighting).
I walked this journey to discover a “how” so that I can share the fruits of my passion with my healthcare peers in assisting you to unlock your true potential.
