Gerda Kotzé is a High-Performance Consultant and Coach and has more than 10-years’ experience working with leaders and teams in multi-national organisations.  
 
Her purpose is to Ignite Hope with Vortex Energy and Wisdom.  Gerda is passionate about enabling, supporting, and encouraging leaders of all generations to understand and incorporate the behaviour and drivers that will allow them to not only survive, but to flourish and thrive. Being true to themselves, and through embracing their own identity, meaning and purpose contribute to impacting the future graciously. 
 
Gerda offers one-on-one coaching journeys, team workshops, and is also always ready to speak and motivate!
 
Gerda has a B Com degree and Honours Degree in Educational Psychology.  She is a certified Results Coaching Systems (Neuro-Leadership) life, executive, and team coach and has more than 2000+ coach specific hours.  Gerda is also an accredited IEQ9 and Aephoria (AIM) level 1-3 Enneagram practitioner and has worked extensively with leaders and teams using the Enneagram over the past 10 years.  She is an Advanced Neurozone Accredited Coach and has a solid understanding of the Neuroscientific Drivers and Behaviours necessary to prevent burnout and enhance performance.
 
Cost outlined above is calculated per hour.  For team coaching sessions and full day facilitation she can be contacted for a quotation.
